For numerous reasons I can not use audiobooks/internet courses/CDs etc, which is why I am asking which book can teach me German to the highest level. I am specifically looking for hard cover books I can buy online or one that's most likely available in a nearby bookstore. I've learnt a bit of German from a friend which is fluent and used Duolingo for a bit, so I'm not starting German from scratch. Thanks!
