Looking for subtitles for "Un village Français"

Hi !

I'd like to watch Un village Français. I understand french but I don't understand German. I'm looking for french subs (or at least English ones I could translate) only for the German parts.

I've looked on several websites but I only found the full french subs and it is annoying to switch on and off subtitles when someone talks in German...

Can someone redirect me somewhere I could find them ?
