Me and Ognjen have been working this last year on a chrome extension that works with Netflix. It gives you bilingual subtitles, sub-by-sub playback control, a pop-up dictionary, and many more helpful features. The extension is mostly free, although there are a couple of paid features.

There's a catalogue for finding things to watch (with matching subtitles). There's plenty of material for studying: English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Korean, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Turkish, Portuguese, Danish, and Norwegian.
