I’d like to start learning French, and I have spent the last decade (ish) learning Italian (I also studied in Italy for a semester). I’m at level B2, but honestly it’s probably more like B1 now. My Italian has gotten rusty. Do you think learning French through Italian will jog my memory and improve my Italian as well? Do you have experience learning one Romance language through another?
