A couple of years ago, I created a website called LanguageLinksDatabase.com - a repository of free language resources that got somewhat popular. Unfortunately, due to many server problems, I had to take it down over one year ago. Finally, after many months of work, it's back online with the updated links.
The website (as for this moment) contains links and resources for over 100 languages. The site has a clear structure, and all the languages are divided into comprehensible categories (books, coursed, dictionaries, etc.). It should be enough to learn most of these languages for free.
