Hello, I need to learn Russian for a job. I know the basics, however, I have peaked. I haven't really improved in years. I generally can understand the context, but I could never read a book and understand it thoroughly.
What is a good way to improve it? I have family members that speak the language and I am already talking to them in Russian, so that is a bonus.
