I guess this is a recurring post... But how do you get motivated to continue learning?

I really like languages... I want to learn a lot of them, I only know Spanish, Catalan (both native) and English (idk my actual level, I only have tried and passed A2 and B1) and I'd LOVE to know Russian, Japanese, Chinese and German and some more but those are the ones I'd really like.

However I've only started to learn German and the first couple weeks I felt like I was improving a lot but I quickly got demotivated seeing how far I was from being fluent.

I know that it takes years, of course, and that's precisely what demotivates me.

How do you do it?
