How do you keep fluency in multiple languages when you have completed formal studies?

With English it's easy because I have so many resources. I use reddit and read books in English so my reading is okay. I listen to podcasts and videos so my listening isn't that bad. As for the speaking part it's harder because there are not many chances to practice with native speakers where I live.

Now I'm learning German and wanting to get back to French classes. I'm just unsure of how I'll be able to practice different languages at once.

What useful tips have you found to help you with this?
