For those who are native English speakers who have been speaking English all their lives -- is there any room for improvement in terms of "fluency"? I ask this because it seems for every other language I'm learning, it feels like I can always improve in a meaningful way but for English I feel like I'm "maxed out". Not sure if what I'm describing makes sense.
