How to reach C1 quickly?

Hi there,

I'm native German speaker and I want to join the German Foreign Office to become an ambassador in the future, maybe in 2-3 years. Problem: I only learned English and Latin in school, but for that job I need a C1 in English (should be reachable quickly), a C1 in French (I'm just on A1 or A2 actually) and a B2 or C1 in another language like for example Chinese, Spanish, Farsi, Arabic, Polish, Russian, Bosnian, Korean. Of course I'd go for Spanish, since it's related to French and Latin.

So is that possible? Did you do that already, too? What tips could you give me?
