Hi there. I few weeks (or maybe months, idk) someone asked in this subreddit about THE best way we could practice in our target language. While I am no expert in language learning, I think I have found a good way to enhance our learning.
Many people won't agree with me but translating is one of the best things you could do while learning a language. It forces our brain to actively focus on both languages. But I know, this can be pretty boring. However, you can make it fun by joining the Google Translate community. I don't know if you already know about this but you can contribute to G Translate and their system to learn things in a better way.
You just have to click in this link and participate in the project. Google will give you phrases to translate from one language to the other. What you can do here is, for instance, select English as your native language and maybe Spanish Spanish as your target language. Then Google will send you texts in English to translate that into Spanish. Or you can reverse it you want (Spanish to English). Either way, this will only help you. You can also validate what others have translated and see if it's correct.
The more you translate, the higher rankings and, as Science says, it can help you focus more on the task without getting bored.
