Language and memory survey for speakers of Spanish, German, French, and/or Polish (Master's dissertation)

Hi all! I am a Master's student looking for speakers of English and Spanish, German, French, or Polish (English and at least one of these) to take a survey about language and memory. My dissertation is about the experience of memory in 2 languages, so part of the survey is in English and part in the above language of your choice. No specific proficiency level is required, but you should be able to read and write in both languages. I would be really, really, grateful for your help!
