I work in healthcare in California and often work with non-English speaking patients. I would like to achieve at least a very basic proficiency to be able to communicate with these patients. However most of the resources I find are geared toward students wanting to learn traditional European Spanish. Does anyone know where to find resources for learning Latin American Spanish, more specifically that which is spoken in Mexico?? Thanks!
