I have been trying to learn Spanish for a month or sowith Duolingo, but want to do more.

I usually do 20-30minutes a day before I go to bed. But i still can only speak simply. I work with lots of Hispanic and Latin people so they all help me too. How could I take it more seriously without needing classes? I have a lot going on in my personal life right now , but I want to learn Spanish. Please help
