Fluency Made Easy book by Ikenna Obi – is it worth the purchase?

So I've come across a YouTuber named Ikenna that claims to speak 6+ languages and has written a book that documents his methods. Does anyone know if it's worth it? I came across an old thread on this sub about the book but the comments were quite unhelpful and were mostly saturated with Ikenna's own Reddit account. I'm looking for any personal opinions on it please
