Does Babbel Polish learning level upgrade or do I have to re-download the app once I’m done with beginner level?

I’m currently learning Polish with Babbel (At Course 5/29 Beginner lesson 2) and I’m curious if I have to re-download the app once I’m done with beginner courses. Also, if I invest 1.5 hours a day with no break day, how long should it take me? (Started on May 4th, 2019)
