I know many people would agree to not start multiple languages at the same time. And you should bring up one language at a higher level before starting a new one. My question is what level is that? Should it be fluent or at least have a basic understanding?
I’m currently working on my third language (Spanish). I’m learning it for job opportunities. I want to add a “fun” language, like German. But I’m not sure if I should bring up my Spanish more before starting German. They’re from different language families so I don’t think I’d confuse the two as much. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
