Speakers of Arabic and Russian as second language learners.

I’m looking at starting a third language and was wondering which way to go.

My other language I have been learning for about 6 years and I kind of want to try something that I might be able pick up in 2 years or so and I wanted advice on speakers of Russian and Arabic as second language.

How long to reach a good conversational level and also how often do you use in a non immersive setting?
