What does your daily routine in class look like? Our school has moved to this approach but with giving much support via curriculum and training. We basically give random ideas for activities during our PLCs and that's it.
I have my MA in linguistics and know ci well. But when it comes to the day to day nuts and bolts I get overwhelmed.
