How often do you actually use Chinese/Japanese in the US? I speak Spanish and Portuguese, although my Portuguese has gone downhill over the years. I don't have much interest in putting more work into Portuguese, but I would like to learn Japanese or Chinese. I speak Spanish all the time.. but it makes me wonder how often I'd really get the chance in other languages.
