Need a bit of advice on learning Hindi

Hello,

I'm a native Turkish speaker and I want to learn Hindi (because of personal reasons). However, Hindi looks (from what I've seen so far) very hard to learn and speak. The sounds are not familiar, the alphabet is confusing, and I'm very intimidated. I've never tried to learn a language on my own before, and I honestly don't know where or how to start, or how to proceed. It would be great if anyone could give me some advice on what to do, because right now I feel lost.

ps. I already started with the alphabet, but it's going slowly.
