Is babbel app scamming me ?

So I just registered using my email and they sent me email massage telling me that I need to delete is email and they told me to change my password and somehow they spotted my location and my device information, they said to me that I’m using iPad ios etc ...

I’m afraid , what is the purpose of that message ? What have they done ? What am I supposed to do ?
