How do I clarify in Spanish

I speak a 4 year olds vocabulary of Spanish and when the topic becomes too complex, I often get asked to repeat myself or clarify. In English if I say "your account is overdrawn" and someone responds "what was that?" I would say "I said your account is overdrawn!"

In Spanish is there a way to transition to a clarification in a way that means the same thing as "I said..." in that instance. Any colloquialism that is relevant today? Thanks ahead of time.
