want to learn courses in english but...

so i want to learn like an programing and music in english why i don't study in my native language? because the sources is so poor in arabic and i would like to study the modern music not arabic so why i am saying all that is i want to start but i think my level in english will not take all the incoming (my level is upper intermediate but i have some skills that i miss) so what you think let me know
