My University does an intensive critical language summer program. One of my goals is to eventually learn a language from each language group ie a Germanic language, a Slavic language etc.
My problem is that I need to pick a language for the program. I’ve narrowed it down to Russian, Persian/Farsi, and Indonesian (which doesn’t interest me as much, but I’m half Malaysian and I don’t know any Malay)
Do you have any advice/suggestions?
