How to benefit from Switzerland and Austria as a German learner?

I will visit those countries soon, and I wonder how can I benefit and improve my German there.

From my understanding (correct me if I'm wrong) the dialects are very different from Germany's German.

Since I study the German spoken in Germany, how can I benefit from traveling there without getting confused as hell and not understanding anything (well I tried to listen to some Swiss German in YouTube and... I got nothing)

Worth mentioning that I'm still a beginner (max a2)
