Inconsistencies / Exceptions in Slavic languages

Hi everybody,

I haven't learnt a Slavic language yet but I often come across people saying that some Slavic languages are a lot more inconsistent / have a lot more exceptions (especially grammar wise) than others. For example, I often read that Polish is highly inconsistent.

I know a little about Slavic languages and I cannot find relatable information about this subject, so : is this a fact or only biased points of view?

What would be the most and the least consistent Slavic languages?

Thanks in advance
