How do you learn a language which the place you live does not offer any immersions for?

I live in India, and I'm currently attempting to learn Dutch. However, I have no way to immerse myself in speaking or listening since, rather obviously, there are no Dutch tutors or immersion classes where I am. I'm not going to the Netherlands anytime soon, so in the meantime I do want to learn the language. What would you suggest?
