Just curious if anyone here gets headaches after an intense study session.
I study about 90 minutes per day, six days per week (on average), split across two (very different) languages.
I do a combination of audio "listen and repeat", reading, writing, Anki and other activities geared towards creating my study materials.
Sometimes, when I'm absorbing lots of new information, as opposed to reviewing, I get headaches.
Just curious if anyone else experiences this.
