Best level for me? And how?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to learn Spanish, and while I'd like to be fluent eventually, I want to get to at least the point where I can hold down conversations with natives. Can anyone tell me the CEFR level I would need, and any software or studying material to do so? I don't have the ability to move there, and already have (but not started) Duolingo, Rosetta stone and Michel Thomas

Thanks guys!
