Considering an intensive intro Spanish over college break - is the timeline effective?

So having largely "mastered" my first foreign language (DE) and currently studying at a German uni, I thought to myself why not a second, and as I'm American Spanish was the obvious second choice. My uni has an intensive Spanish course over the upcoming break:

Which is 4 hours daily for 3.3 weeks. I have no prior knowledge (despite having had two semesters way back in HS) and a possible challenge is that it's taught in my first foreign language. But I also wouldn't be doing anything else, except working part time. Any thoughts on this situation? Esp. the timeline - how much can one realistically learn over three weeks?
