A little background: When I was in the middle of high school now, about 7 years ago, I was walking to school and hit by a car. I didn't suffer major body damge. A nerve in the neck was strained, and had stiches in my head. Had to wear a neck brace for two weeks and that's it.
However for the rest of the 5/6 months of the school year, in french class I was struggling to keep up and eventually passing. But it was barely.
Before the accident I had absolutely no trouble, I was in french class and then went home and studied french for an hour and then Russian every day. But afterward I found it hard to memorize would, notable only remembering pronounciation in just two sounds at a time.
I don't still have the same issue but . Occasionally I get some trouble with memorization however.
Does anyone know why this might exactly be ? Or has heard of something similar?
