Greetings, y'all. I couldn't find this question answered anywhere so hopefully it's not a repeat. If I want to take a language course, do I need to be at that level already? Specifically, the course I'm interested in only offers a B2 option. Does that mean I would need to be a comfortable B1 before participating, or should I definitely work on B2 abilities beforehand? It would be great to hear from other people who have taken language courses themselves.
