I am looking for a (mostly) phonetic Korean keyboard layout, so that for example the ㅁ corresponds with the m key, instead of the a key. I tried to create one for myself, using Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator, which worked, although the characters didn't organise themselves in the block way hangul does. Has anybody got a solution to this problem or ought I learn a new layout?
