from A2 to B2 in 6 months while not living in that country and working full time - how realistic is it and how would you do it?

i'm a german in his 20s working 40 hours a week and i need to pass the DELF B2 for my studies (and i also really like the language and want to speak it). however, i only take classes once a week and have very little time (and energy) for practicing. i also dont have any native speakers to practice with. how realistic would you say is it to get from A2 to B2 in about 6 months and how would you do it? anyone else in a similar situation?
