Best use of study time

So, in a working day I have 2 hours of study time. Some days I will have either a Skype lesson or a phone/skype call with a language partner.

On days that I do not have that I have been spending my time listening to podcasts on LingQ with transcripts ... I read them first, mark all the words I do not know ... then listen a few times ... then copy out the most useful words onto some flashcards.

The split is;

40 mins listening

40 mins reading

40 mins making and reviewing flashcards

I am currently not reading any books without audio because my pronunciation still needs some work. And I also watch some TV in the evening with either Russian or English subtitles but not sure how much I get out of that.

Does this sound like the best use of the 2 hours of study time ?

How do others spend there limited time in the day studying ??
