Difference Between of Will and Shall
Use of Shall :-
SHALL is used to indicate future action. It is most commonly used in sentences with "I" or "we," and is often found in suggestions, such as 'Shall' we go?" 'Shall' is also frequently used in promises or voluntary actions. In formal English, the use of 'Shall' to describe future events often expresses inevitability or predestination.'Shall' is much more commonly heard in British English than in American English; Americans prefer to use other forms, although they do sometimes use Shall" in suggestions or formalized language.
The traditional rule in standard British English is that shall is used with first person pronouns (i.e. I and we) to form the future tense
>> 'Shall' is used to make offers, suggestions and to ask for advice.
For Example:
1. Shall We Play Tennis?
2. I Shall be Late.
3. Shall I Open the door?
>> 'Shall' is used to make decisions.
For example:
1. I shall contact you again when I have further information.
>> Shall is also used to make suggestions rather than to refer to a future time.
For example:
1. It’s getting late. Shall we go home?
For example:

Use of Will :-
We normally use WILL to speak about the future. It is always combined with another verb. However, Will being much more common and less formal than Shall.
>> 'Will' is used to Express a Voluntary Action
"Will" often suggests that a speaker will do something voluntarily. Many times, we use "will" to respond to someone else's complaint or request for help.
We also use "will" when we request that someone help us or volunteer to do something for us.
For Example:
1. Will You prepare Breakfast?
2. I will translate the email, so Mr. Smith can read it.
>> 'Will' is used to express a promise
For Example:
1. Don't worry, I will be more careful this time.
2. I will call you later.
>> 'Will' is used to to Express a Prediction
For Example:
1. He will be the next President.
2. The upcoming Year will be more interesting
