I can understand Bikol but I don’t know how to speak or write it. It’s like vocab you have in the back of your mind that you understand when you hear it but can’t bring it up when you want. Since it’s a dialect (language?), I’ve been having a hard time finding resources or dictionaries for it or even just practicing it.
