Learning German to move to Austria

Hi all,

I am in the very beginning process of learning German as I am moving to Austria. I was wondering if anyone knows a helpful software that they have used to learn the language. I have been using a combination of Duolingo and Memrise so far, but I have mostly learned random phrases/words without much context of grammar. Also, wondering which of the programs is actually worth the paid version if I can only afford one. I appreciate any help! Danke :)
