Does anyone else almost talk in the language they’re learning accidentally?

I feel like my brain is switching all the time from thinking in Croatian and English and sometimes I will almost start instinctively talking in Croatian to English speakers and it’s so annoying because I’m not even like B2 yet. Like even just a stupid example today at the bus stop my friend was tying her shoe and I almost blurted out “Trebaš li pomoć?” (Do you need help?) But luckily I didn’t 😆 Does anyone else feel like this at times?
