I work 3 pm - 5 am as a nightwatchman, so I don't really do anything all night but watch youtube, and recently I have been wanting to learn a new language I decided Dutch, I don't know where to start I was looking at Rosetta stone phone app but the reviews are not great, if anyone could set me in the right direction to start learning that would be great like what books, apps, or anything should I be looking to buy or is Rosetta the best choice for a beginner? Thank you!
